Experience Long-Lasting Tooth Replacement
At Kellyville Smiles, we provide a full range of services to suit your every need. If you’re missing a tooth, you’ve probably thought about replacing it. Dental implants are a state-of-the-art solution. They allow you to eat, speak and smile with ease, without ever having to consider the stability of your tooth replacement!

What Is a Dental
Implant?
Dental implants are titanium screws that are used to recreate the function of a tooth root. They’re surgically placed into the jawbone to restore the missing tooth in that area.
A few months after placement (which allows adequate time for bone to fuse with the implant surface), we attach a false tooth made of ceramic or porcelain to replicate the lost tooth. This process can be used for single or multiple tooth replacement, as well as full-arch restoration. In the instance of multiple teeth, we use pairs of implants to support a multi-tooth bridge.
Digitally Guided Implant Surgery
To improve the success of your implant surgery and ease recovery, the team at Kellyville Smiles uses digitally guided placement methods. Such measures ensure a minimally invasive and predictable experience.
For digital mapping, we order a 3D scan of your jaws and take an impression of your arch. From there, we plan the exact placement of each implant that is being installed. The digital replica allows us to work around your current bone anatomy and positioning of the missing teeth.
We send this information to our lab, which creates a surgical guide that helps us precisely place each implant in the desired position. The guided surgery is a “keyhole” procedure that is quite comfortable. Only local anaesthetic is needed, but additional sedation options are also available. Getting dental implants is usually easier than what most people expect it to be.
